Acting as the Owner (Developer) representative in controlling material supply chain management through the Supply By Owner (SBO) system for a high-rise building project. Coordinated with the Main Contractor and Sub-contractors from the main structural and architectural work stages through to project handover.

• Project Saumata Apartment 38-Floor (Phase-1): Maintained smooth, large-scale SBO material supply in a controlled and structured manner from structural through architectural works, reducing the risk of losses and stock discrepancies through routine stock opname and daily BAST cross-verification.
• Managed logistics operations as the primary gateway for SBO project material traffic, covering procurement, scheduling, through to handover of structural, architectural and ME materials (rebar, facade fin, marble, tile, glass, ACP, sanitary, wardrobe, hardware accessories, HVAC, lighting, etc.) to align with the S-curve and field progress.
• Conducted on-site checking together with the QC team, Owner Site Inspector, and Contractor and Sub-contractor parties to ensure quality, material/technical specifications, and material volumes met standards before being approved for installation.
• Controlled the scheduling and administration of SBO material handover to the contractor through verification of Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO), and administrative documents through to issuance of Handover Reports (BAST) to prevent stock discrepancies between parties.
• Managed material distribution through coordination with 12 vendors and contractors, and conducted periodic stock opname in warehouses and laydown areas to safeguard SBO assets, minimize weather-related damage, and prevent loss of high-value materials.

Responsible for technical supervision and physical construction progress control across two residential housing project areas (landed house and commercial) in parallel. Ensured contractor/subcontractor work proceeded according to master schedule, shop drawings, and Bill of Quantities (RAB).

• Projects Goodland Bekasi & Goodland Village Ciledug Cluster Developments. Oversaw the construction of two housing areas in parallel and ensured construction progress remained on-schedule from initial works through finishing and unit handover stages.
• Supervised the execution of substructure works (stone foundation, sloof & tie-beam), superstructure works (columns and beams), architectural works (AAC blocks, plastering, skim coat), through to lightweight steel roof frame installation across dozens of housing unit types.
• Issued daily work instructions to contractor field supervisors and foremen, and conducted basic quality checks on materials and completed works before approving weekly progress measurements for installment payments.
• Prepared daily and weekly progress reports covering physical completion percentages, material usage, and field constraints for reporting to the Project Manager.
• Coordinated between two project locations to resolve technical constraints and ensure site readiness stayed aligned with the project S-curve.

Responsible for material supply chain management, inventory control, and project document administration to support the smooth execution of several construction projects.

• Planned the arrival schedule for main materials (cement, rebar, ready-mix concrete, other construction materials) and heavy equipment to align with S-curve targets, and managed logistics administration through verification of Delivery Notes, Delivery Order (DO), Goods Receipt Notes (BPB), Purchase Order (PO) and project area permits.
• Conducted periodic stock opname to control materials, prepared realization and usage reports for central management, and documented As-Built Drawings, Handover Reports (BAST), and QC documents including concrete slump test results for project handover requirements.
• Project Road Infrastructure – Marunda Center: Managed large-scale rigid pavement material supply, ensuring continuous ready-mix concrete and wiremesh delivery for overnight to early morning casting operations without distribution disruptions.
• Project Hyundai Construction Equipment Warehouse – Marunda Center: Controlled procurement administration and logistics from land preparation and piling stages through heavy steel structure, cladding, and warehouse facility completion.
• Project Office Building (10-Floor) – Kota Harapan Indah: Managed material traffic from basement and foundation works, multi-story reinforced concrete structure (large concrete volume and rebar tonnage), through to MEP and architectural works.
